1. Capture the Entire Screen:

To capture the entire screen, press the “Command (⌘) + Shift + 3” keys simultaneously. You’ll hear a camera shutter sound, indicating that the screenshot has been taken. The captured image is automatically saved to your desktop.

2. Select a Specific Area:

If you only want to capture a specific area of your screen, press “Command (⌘) + Shift + 4.” Your cursor will change to a crosshair.
